Please note that the Dark Zone Troop break-up has moved to Thursday 16^th December. We will be leaving the hall at 6.30pm and arriving back at 9pm. There will be 3 games, a slice of pizza and drinks provided. Put it in your diary now. Troop will pay for this activity.

Mount Waverley District Scouts will once again be selling programs and candles in Jells Park for this event. Scouts should plan to meet in uniform at 5pm, just down the hill from the information centre/kiosk building. Bring some food & a drink for your tea. Bring your family and a rug for greater enjoyment of the program. Carols usually finishes about 9.30pm.

Are you interested to have lots of fun while learning tips and techniques for using Canoes or Kayaks? Ask your PL for more information.

The 1^st Waverley group breakup, BBQ and games night will be held next Thursday 9^th December between 6 and 8-30pm. Bring your own food and chairs. BBQ, Coffee, Tea and Cordial & wide games provided. Wear your uniform please.

The leaders have had a request from several scouts to be able to do more badge work. Next Wednesday night is specifically arranged for badge work. So check out your Australian Scout Handbook and come along prepared.

If anyone is interested in a one night "camp-over" around the scout hall during the Summer Holidays please see Cyclo or Grizzly. We would setup camp near the hall, cook our own meals, and have a camp fire, with all activities taking place very close to home.

At the last Troop Council, each patrol leader agreed to arrange a Patrol Activity. This could be a camp, an outing, community service or other activity. Talk to your PL today to find out what they have in mind.

Lynx and Emma are to be married next week. The scout troop wishes them well.
