The group camp will be held at the Scout Camp Site at Caringal which is near Erica in Gippsland. It’s about 2 hours drive from Mount Waverley. Scouts will be travelling down on Friday 19^th March and returning on Sunday 21^st March.

Cost will be about $35. Permission forms out tonight and due back next week.

Your "Participation Information" form was due back tonight.

Next week we will continue with air theme. Scouts should construct a PET bottle rocket during the week and bring it for a "fly off" next week. For those who are interested we will also commence building water rocket launchers, so that you will be able to terrorise your friend, parents & neighbours. Make sure you let Phantom know that you are interested in making a launcher.

Please warn your parents that we will need their assistance for supervision overnight Friday 30^th April from 8pm up to the finish on Saturday at 3pm. We have also invited the AlphaTheta Rovers to come along and help out with the scouts.

Permission slips and a roster "preference" sheet will be out next week.

The 1^st Waverley group AGM will be held this Friday 12^th March at the Scout Hall commencing with a *free* BBQ at 6.30pm. All families welcome.
